Honest thoughts, cosy chaos, and the stories that stayed with me.

Welcome to my little library of thoughts.
Every review here is written after I’ve finished the book—sometimes immediately while I’m still emotionally recovering, sometimes after I’ve had time to let it sink in.
Whether a story became a new favourite or simply wasn’t for me, every review reflects my personal reading experience, never what’s trending.
✨ Before You Browse
Every review follows the same cosy structure, with enough detail to help you decide whether a book might be right for you.
Each review may include:
- ⭐ Book Details — star rating, spice rating, genre, series information and format read
- ⚠️ Content Warnings — where relevant
- ✨ The Quick Take
- 📖 Story Snapshot — always spoiler-free
- 💭 My Reading Experience — the full review
- 🏷️ Tropes, Vibes & Favourite Quote
- 🎧 Audiobook Section — including narrator notes, when applicable
- 🎨 Aesthetic Extras — AI character artwork, Spotify playlist and Pinterest board
- 🤎 Would I Recommend It?
- 💬 Final Thoughts + Come Chat
A rating alone never tells the whole story, so I always include the context behind how a book made me feel.
My star ratings reflect my overall reading experience, including enjoyment, emotional impact, characters, pacing and vibes.
Spice ratings are separate and only describe how explicit the content is.
Some books explore difficult or potentially distressing themes.
Where relevant, I include content warnings so you can make an informed choice before reading. These may include topics such as:
- Death and bereavement
- Mental health
- Grief
- Abuse
- Violence
- Addiction
- Pregnancy or pregnancy loss
- Self-harm
- Sexual assault
- Eating disorders
🤎 Mental health matters, and so do your reading choices.
Yes.
My reviews are spoiler-free unless a section is very clearly marked otherwise.
The Story Snapshot gives you the setup and overall feel of the book without revealing major twists, endings or surprises.

Reading has always been one of my favourite ways to escape for a while—whether that means disappearing into a sweeping fantasy, falling for another morally grey man, or reading something that leaves me emotionally wrecked in the best possible way.
I hope these reviews help you discover your next favourite story, or at the very least give us something fun to chat about.
Take your time, browse whichever book catches your eye and make yourself at home.
